   Lease Terms

   • We offer 6, 9, and 12 month leases on a standard apartment.
   • We can also provide a washer and dryer for an additional $15 per month.
   • Our furnished units (if available) lease month to month, with a 30-day minimum. Furnished apartments include all utilities, including wireless internet.
   • Check with our staff about current lease specials.

   Pet Policy

   • We believe that being pet friendly is a "must-have" in apartment home living.
   • One pet per apartment home allowed, with a weight limit up to 70 lbs.
   • Breed restrictions do apply - no aggressive breeds.
   • Pets allowed upon paid fees and management approval. Please call for further details.
